Examining your Eyes
The starting point is a thorough eye examination. This is not just a “sight test” where we check what you can see but rather a detailed examination of your eyes and surrounding structures.

During this examination we will:

• help you achieve your best potential vision
• ensure your visual comfort
• detect any anomalies which are or may become a threat to your vision
• look for any eye or systemic disease
• check for any visual development problems

Our examination process usually takes thirty minutes and where necessary, we may recommend another appointment for further investigation.

Understanding your Eyes
We will take time to explain the condition of your eyes and discuss our findings in an understandable way. We will also advise you of what can be done to alleviate or treat any eye problems you may have.
